SD Card Tester is another App that allows user to set the directory where test file will be written and allows user to set the fie size.
Useful to check if card is damaged or fake.
You can find it under my apps.

Writes a test file at /sdcard/sd Make sure your card is mounted at this path

Claimed all my cards were 5MB/sec, when one was 2mb, and another was 4...useless!

Great app. I finally know the grade of my SD. My cheap Duracell 16gb SD is class 4. Tested on a HTC desire defrost rom.
